At YOZAKURA CARD SHOP, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to receive a return authorization.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached; items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition to be eligible for a refund.

Ship the Item

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

Receive Refund or Exchange

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
